Siegfried Hoenle is the Founding Partner of Talent & Leadership Solutions. He established the company in 2010, following an international twenty-year career in various corporate leadership roles at Credit Suisse and UBS. With Talent & Leadership Solutions he has been supporting executives across industries to become more successful and fulfilled leaders, improve their talent management practices and transform their corporate culture. He is a Visiting Professor at IE Business School in Madrid and holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Zurich. He is the author of various publications.

Over more than 17 years, Siegfried worked at Credit Suisse in several leadership roles, most recently as Global Head Recruitment, Development & Diversity. In previous roles at Credit Suisse, Siegfried was responsible for the Credit Suisse Business School, the firm’s corporate university and talent function. Prior to this, he was responsible for leadership and management development and – over two years – established the Business School’s Asia Campus in Singapore. He started his career at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, followed by five years at UBS Investment Banking in London.

Jenny-Joy Kreindl is Managing Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions. She joined the company following five years at UBS AG where she built and managed the department of Sales and Leadership Training for Wealth Management Switzerland, lead a team which specialized in global cross-divisional Advisory and Sales Education and designed and facilitated custom made Leadership and Sales Programs. Her passion is human-centric communication to fully unlock the potential of any kind of relationship. She developed The Make-it-C.L.I.C.K. Model®, which shows the structure and sequence of how humans communicate successfully. Based upon the science of Behavioral Psychology, it helps to reach the desired outcome for any kind of interaction.

Jenny advises companies on how to foster a human-centric culture, creates and implements leadership-, sales- and communication trainings and workshops, coaches professionals on a one-on-one basis, to fully unleash their self-marketing potential as well as advance their leadership skills. She helps individuals to succeed with their presentations and sales pitches and designs and facilitates impactful and inspiring keynotes upon request.

Jenny lived in the United States, Italy, Israel, Austria and Germany, studied political science and philosophy at the University of Vienna, Hebrew at Tel-Aviv University, earned her German state diploma in theatre and worked as a professional actress in Europe and Israel with an additional education in non-verbal communication. Additionally, Jenny holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Ashridge/Hult.
